Thank you for filling out an application for EP coaching! The more thorough you can be with your application, the better it will help me understand your needs, as well as whether we might be a good fit or not.

  • How do I know which service is best for me?
    EP Coaching offers a free no obligation call to ask any questions and discuss which service is the best fit for you. Please note, there is a limited intake for 1:1 Coaching due to the customised approach and care taken with this process.
  • Do I need to be a fast or experienced runner to have coaching?
    Absolutely not, I work with beginners or runners who have run multiple races or distances. My training plans are personalised to your fitness level, experience and knowledge level. No matter where you are starting from I can help transform your running game - mentally and physically. All you need is your commitment to yourself, a desire to learn and an open mind to try new things.
  • Where are you located? Do I need to live in your area?
    I am located in Christchurch, New Zealand with my daughter Sofia, Son Henry and Husband Jamie. I can coach anyone with access to a computer. All Coaching Consultations can be completed online via zoom, and the online training platform can be accessed anywhere to follow your training plan.
  • Is there a set period of time I have to work with EP Coaching, am I locked into a contract?
    The notice period to withdraw from coaching services is one month, whether you wait out the month or pay it out is your choice. It is important to note that real change comes over a long period of time and the amount of change you will see in one month is limited.
  • How long will it take me to reach my goals, can you guarantee success or personal best results?
    Unfortunately, no coach can guarantee specific results within a specific timeframe, and if they do perhaps question that. What I will do is assess where you are at, understand what your short and medium goals are and train you as effectively as possible to help you reach the big goals you are chasing. My purpose is to provide a comprehensive coaching program that goes beyond just physical fitness, but also supports my clients' mental and emotional wellbeing. By creating a safe and empowering space for my clients, I aim to help them build the confidence and resilience needed to succeed in their journeys. My dedication to my clients' growth and success makes me a reliable and trustworthy coach that you can count on for support and guidance., however, you will need to put in the work at your end to succeed.
  • How do the payments work?
    Payment is to be made by direct credit to EP Coaching Account. The customer can pay for their package in full, or in monthly or fortnightly instalments (as a reoccurring automatic payment). One month's notice is required for any cancelled service. You will be invoiced from EP Coaching and payment is to be made through Online banking. Invoices are to be paid within 5 days. Overdue payments could result in the suspension of programming and services until paid. The Start-up fee is due at the Onboarding stage and the weekly payments begin on Week 1 of your training plan.
  • Do I need a fancy watch or Heart Rate Monitor?
    This is not a necessity and training zones can be calculated in many different ways. We can work on this through the personalised service that is provided and suit your own needs.
