How it works.

Start by answering a few quick questions about your running level, experience, and goals. Based on your answers, you’ll receive a recommended plan — but it’s only a guide. You can purchase whichever plan you prefer, or message me (Ellen) if you want help deciding.

You’ll be taken to the purchase page where you can select your plan and choose how you’d like to pay:

As a lululemon Run Ambassador (2023–2025), multiple marathon finisher, and NZ Ocean Swim Series competitor, I understand the discipline and mindset it takes to balance performance with everyday life. I’ve coached hundreds of women through their first finish lines, biggest breakthroughs, and rediscovered confidence — and I’d love to do the same for you.
