Absolutely. Many runners in EP are coming back after years away from consistent running. Your plan is designed to meet you where you are now — not where you used to be — with gradual progression, built-in flexibility, and support to help you rebuild confidence, strength, and consistency without rushing or burning out.

If you’re comfortable following a plan independently and want structure with community support, EP Core Coaching is a great fit. If you’re returning after time away, juggling a lot in life, or want regular check-ins and reassurance as you rebuild your fitness, EP 1:1 Coaching offers more hands-on support and accountability.

Most plans start with 3–4 running days per week and are designed to fit around work, family, and life. Sessions are time-based and flexible, so you’re never locked into a rigid schedule.

That’s expected. Missing a session or even a week doesn’t mean you’ve failed or need to start over. Your training is flexible and designed to fit around real life, with support to help you reset and keep moving forward.

Training is designed to prioritise long-term consistency and injury prevention. Progression is gradual, and intensity is introduced carefully. If you’re in EP 1:1 Coaching, adjustments are made for you in real time; in EP Core Coaching, you’re given clear guidance on how to adapt safely.

Yes, absolutely. You don’t need any running experience to join. Your training plan is built to start exactly where you are, often using walking and run/walk intervals to help you ease in gently. The focus is on building confidence, consistency, and enjoyment — not pushing too hard, too soon. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you learn what running looks like for you.

Payments are processed monthly. After the initial 3-month minimum term, you’re free to continue or cancel at any time with 1 month’s notice. There’s no awkward back-and-forth, cancellation is handled by you, and your plan runs right up until the end of your final billing period.

EP Membership is an ongoing monthly subscription, with a 3-month minimum term to allow enough time for your plan to do its job. After that, your membership continues month-to-month, so there’s no pressure to “finish” by a certain date — we simply keep adapting your training as you progress.
