I offer one-to-one coaching that supports real progress. Your sessions are shaped around your goals, your confidence level, and your experience in the water.

Each programme runs for a minimum of six weeks and includes technique work, pacing guidance, breath support, and strength-building skills. You learn in a way that feels steady and supportive so you can move with more ease and trust in your body.
